Hi! I'm Adam Beskind (he/him), a New York City-based music director, pianist, and conductor.

On Broadway, I currently work on Death Becomes Her (Keyboard 2 Sub, Rehearsal Pianist, Music Assistant) and Operation Mincemeat (Keyboard 2 Sub, Rehearsal Pianist). My previous Broadway experience includes Gypsy (Piano Sub, Rehearsal Pianist), Water for Elephants (Keyboard 2 Sub, Rehearsal Pianist, Music Assistant), Once Upon a Mattress  (Music Copying), and Spamalot (Music Assistant). I was also Music Assistant for the pre-Broadway productions of The Queen of Versailles (Emerson Colonial Theatre), Death Becomes Her (Cadillac Palace Theatre), and Water for Elephants (Alliance Theatre).

Later this year, I will be Music Director for Grease at Theatre Aspen (Aspen, CO), then Music Director for Like Father, a new musical premiering at the Alliance Theatre (Atlanta, GA).

I have also been a part of recent developmental readings/workshops of a number of new musicals, including EurovisionLucky UsThe Gorgeous NothingsLike Father, Kathy & Stella Solve A Murder!, and The Order of Chaos.

Passionate about arts education, I am a music director for Broadway Imagined and a coaching pianist for the Jimmy Awards. I've also spent many summers with The College Audition Edge (NYC) and Southeastern Summer Theatre Institute (Hilton Head Island, SC) supporting high school students pursuing careers in musical theatre performance.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, I am a proud graduate of Duke University, where I received my B.A. in Music (Piano Performance Concentration) and was heavily involved in Hoof 'n' Horn, Duke's student-run musical theatre organization. I am a proud member of Local 802 AFM.
